How to Get Rid of Hiccups

  • Eat Sugar: Spooning a teaspoon of granulated sugar into your mouth and letting it dissolve can sometimes interrupt the hiccup reflex.
  • Pull Your Knees to Chest: Sit down and hug your knees tightly to your chest, leaning forward. This pressure may help.

These methods often provide immediate relief for common hiccups.
